Each of the modules is tightly coupled with email capabilities. Virtually any event can be configured to trigger an email to the agent, a supervisor, the traveler or travel manager at the account. For example: Quality control exceptions can be emailed, freeing up a supervisor to only have to deal with problem records, not all records. Corporate travel policy violations can be emailed directly to designated contacts at the account, providing for proactive travel management. Emails, appearing to come from the booking agent, can be scheduled in advance of travel, reminding the traveler that they should communicate any needed changes.
