Queue Management:

Ensuring that a PNR makes it back to the proper person when it is changed outside the agency by the airline or an after-hours service can be a daunting task. Multiple people must be assigned to distribute the messaging queues on some schedule. In most cases this task is given to production agents, taking away valuable time that should be spent with the customer; not to mention the issues arising if the agent forgets to run the distribution. The Queue Management and Distribution module runs automatically each time the pseudo city is scanned, approximately every half hour.

Each pseudo can be configured with an unlimited number of distribution scenarios, and each one is fully customizable by source and destination queue. Records can be distributed based on the account code, or the booking agent. Online reservations can be treated differently, distributed based upon the primary agent for an account, ensuring every change is seen by an agent, regardless of the method of booking.
